Canon Product Registration web site

So a few months ago  when the canon site was down or hacked. I lost all my products registered in the product registration page. I contacted support but they never got back to me. Anyone here have a suggestion on how to fix this.

I hadn't checked for a while.  I have 11 or 12 products registered currently.  You are the first person I've heard about that lost registerd products. I know some lost images on image.canon.com, but nothing else.  

 

Speaking with support is going to be your best option.  You may still need to re-enter data, but I'd check with support first to ensure the preferred course of action.
