We can run scans through the unit, it picks them up and puts them in the correct folder, but the application freezes, won't allow you to close the program and when you attempt to it gives you and error with a big yellow exclamation mark and says, "Scanning". I have updated the firmware AND the driver to the latest versions and that has had no effect. Please help! Running 64 bit Win10 pro on a domain with Active Directory.
