I decided to add the community website to my Samsung tablet so I can take it with me on occasion. Today, I entered my username and password that I use for this community. But I keep getting Access Denied on the screen. Any ideas what needs to be done? TIA.

Hi John! We know it can be frustrating when a login does not work.
You may want to try clearing your cache and then logging in. You may also try logging in by typing canon.us/forum instead of using a bookmark you may have.

I got an email today that you responded to my question in Professional Video about to fix a "red tinge on my XA65 camcorder EVF". I can't access your response. The Canon site is extremely frustrating (Always "Access Denied")!

Was playing with the suggestions given. For some unknown reason, I cancelled the Auto Login. Seems there was a hiccup there. I can now get into the Community with some difference in the opening page. Thanks to all for your help.
