I have a CD-4070NW document scanner that does not feed paper through to scan. I replaced all the rollers in the **bleep** thing and it is still behaving this way. I am OUT of ideas. Anyone have a suggestion? I don't want to call the service center that we purchased this thing from, because they want $150 JUST to talk to someone about this issue.

Thanks for posting! Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer should be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area!
