Is anyone having issues with getting charged after canceling subscription? I originally subscribed to the 100 page ink renew where I get sent ink when my levels are low, I never received any ink so cancelled my subscription. I was charged for a 2nd time AFTER cancelling. How do I contact support to get refunded? I am very annoyed! I would have happily kept my subscription if they actually sent Ink like their advertisement states when it gets low but I never received anything.
