I have been using this scanner 9000f for a very long time. no problems til now. OS is windows 7. No sound when plugging device into USB port. Error message says "cannot communicate with scanner. error code 5,155,55" when trying to scan from MP navigator. I have downloaded and installed driver from Canon website. No help with problem. I moved scanner to my laptop, also windows 7. It works there. I need the scanner on my main machine, my desktop. Can anyone shed light and help me fix this problem?
