I installed software for 5600F scanner, but scanning seems to only recognize my old printer/scanner.
I get option to use MP Navigator 2.0 or 3.0. Navigator 2.0 "has stopped working". Navigator 3.0 only displays the "Platen" option and does not display the "film" option.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know what operating system (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or OS 10.X) you are using. That way, community will be able to assist you with suggestions appropriate for your product.
