Hi everyone,
I’m currently in the process of selecting a new office printer for my business and wanted to get some recommendations. Our team needs a reliable, cost-effective solution that can handle high-volume printing and scanning. Does anyone have experience with models that offer fast performance and excellent print quality for an office environment?
I’d appreciate your insights!

Greetings,
As @Hector pointed out, the Canon Sales Team can help you identify the best printer for your needs. For a business environment, I would recommend a laser printer. The cost per page is much lower than an inkjet.
If you need black and white printing only the MF465dwII is a great reasonably priced device.
Shop Canon imageCLASS MF465dw II - All in One, Wireless, Duplex Laser https://share.google/1kWs1xdDwIUWzAaNk
It's fully networkable via Ethernet or Wireless and supports single pass duplex scanning, as well as duplex printing. It has a monthly duty cycle of up to 4,000 pages.
If you need color, then take a look at the MF665Cdw
Shop Canon Color imageCLASS MF665Cdw - All in One, Wireless, Duplex La https://share.google/cU57NTs8Y1Lu75Wk2
Like the black only model. This unit supports single pass duplex scanning, has a 50 sheet automatic document feeder and both hold 250 sheets of paper.
The 465dw allow you to add an additional paper tray for more capacity if needed. The 665Cdw does not, but Canon offers several other color laser printers that allow you to add an additional paper tray.
The most important things to pay attention to are:
Black and white versus color
Single pass duplex scanning
Do you need to scan or print legal size documents
Monthly volume and paper capacity
What you print. Standard copy paper, heavier card stock, envelopes etc.
You want to make sure you have answers to these questions before you buy.
Last important detail. Ensure you buy from a Canon authorized dealer or Canon itself.
