EOS 5D Mark IV accessory and lens recommendations

My name is Behzad, and  I desperately needed motivation to get me out of my room. So, I decided to start photography. I found you a bit late, because by reading your opinions, you might have recommended a different camera to me besides the Canon 5D Mark IV. Anyway, I bought it from eBay with new conditions and a relatively reasonable price (body only). I would appreciate it if you could introduce me to the necessary accessories and especially suitable lenses for the start of this serious experience.

Are you just starting out with photography what do you take pictures of exactly. Do you only do stills work or also video work too.

When Canon offered the 5D Mark IV with a lens they included the EF24-105 f/4L. See if you can pick up one of them from eBay or elsewhere.

My first priority is walk-around photography, followed by portraits.
