Can EOS R5 Mark II register dial assignments in custom modes?

Hello,
I am interested in the EOS R5 Mk2, but I need to know the answer to a question before I buy it.
Is it possible to have different dial assignments in different custom modes ?
For instance I want  C1 as true manual mode ; Quick control dial 1 will control ISO.
Then C2 will be "manual" mode with ISO auto ; and Quick control dial 1 will control exposure compensation.
Is it possible to assign ISO control in C1 and exposure compensation in C2 to the same dial ?
I read carefully the manual, but couldn't find a definitive answer.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

This works on the R6 Mark 2 so I would think it should work on the R5 Mark2.  I have C1 as manual mode with dial one as ISO, I have C2 as Tv with dial one as exposure compensation.  I downloaded the R5 Mk2 manual and it has the same statement as the R6II "You can register current camera settings such as shooting, menu, and Custom Function settings as Custom shooting modes assigned to [C1] to [C3] modes. You can register different functions to use when shooting still photos or movies."  Those dials are to set custom functions.  To double check this I set my C2 dial 1 to ISO and saved it, it worked and I changed it back and saved it.  Sorry for the delay, I saw this a few days ago and didn't have time to test it until today.
