Hello everybody
I am canon m50 mark ii user
I have a problem with using my canon camera as a webcam
Always shows this screen in all video apps
_using usb cable
_wifi is disabled
_i downloaded last version of webcam utility
Please help me instead of buying desktop camera

Welcome to the forums. I’m sorry that you are having issues using your camera.
From where did you download the app? What installation instructions are you following? I am asking these questions because the EOS M10 does not appear to be supported by the EOS Webcam Utility.

Does your camera support Remote Shooting using the regular EOS Utility? Most of the early releases for the M Series of cameras were not capable of Remote Shooting, which means they cannot be remotelycontrolled by an app like the EOS Webcam Utility.
[EDIT] this is a hardware limitation, which cannot be corrected with a firmware update.

I can controlling my camera easy with mobile software app through WiFi or Bluetooth

You probably need to shutdown any other app that can control the camera, as well as disable any services associated with those apps.
