I know this should be in a different forum, but it won't let me post in there.
I have my EOS R5 attached to Mac OS Catalina and through system prefs and other photo apps, the R5 is recognized. However, EOS Webcam Utility (installed, reinstalled, restarted 3x) is NOT running. Zoom and other video apps do not see it as a viable camera option.
Any thoughts?

Hi!
Over at canon.us/livestream you'll see a tab for Mac Official Release. About halfway down, there is a link for macOS Catalina that gives details on app compatibility. It specifies the following: *EOS Webcam Utility software does not support apps downloaded from the App Store. Please download the application from the service provider’s website where available.
If you're using the App Store version of Zoom or any other video app, the EOS Webcam Utility won't work. We hope this helps!
