(Camera is Canon EOS Kiss X5, AKA Rebel T3i or EOS 600D)
Every time I record my camera stops the recording automatically after 30-80 seconds. I have a SanDisk Class 10 80mb/ps 16gb SD card and have turned down framerate and resolution, but despite the filesize only ending up being around 200-400mbs the recordings still cut off automatically after seemingly random amounts of time. Should I try Magic Lantern? I genuinely don't understand why it's cutting off so quickly and every answer I've found hasn't applied to my situation (i.e 4gb filesize caps, 30 minute recording limits, etc...)
Please help if you know what the problem is, thank you.

fotograffi,
You might want to look at this article,

Personally, I think in your case, it has to do with your 16gb card, but that's just a guess on my part.
