noise in raw light and IPB light in 8k

hello everyone im facing a problem when shooting with R5 the footage is always noisy no matter the iso level under the right expsure (between 0  and 1 with log3 or without it) , im wandering if anyone is facing the same problems and if youre shooting 8K in  raw light and IPB light please share all the settings so i can compare with what i got so far and continue testing .

Does “exposure between 0 and 1” mean you [are] slightly overexposing?

Do you ever take any still shots prior to a video shoot?

What exactly are the camera settings and shooting mode used for video?
