Can I use  microSDXC U1 Memory Card in the EOS Rebel T5 camera?

In theory yes, but I have read many posts on the Internet of cameras having difficulty reading files from the adapters. I wouldn't recommend it.

+2, don't do it.  Why would you want to anyway.  There is no advantage to it.
