Why do you want a manual focus lens? Are you trying to save money?
Any Nikon or Pentax film era manual focus lens can be used on any Canon EOS camera if you use a simple adapter that can cost as little as $10.
Every manual focus lens has to have a focus ring. What do you mean by "Without front focus ring"?

I think he means "not a lens whose front end rotates during focussing".
