No, only newer cameras are capable of it. I think the first one is 5DMIII. But anyway, besides the convenience, in camera multiple exposure and post processing doesn't make a different. I think it's more of a marketing gimmick than actual useful feature. And you have more control doing it with Photoshop (or similar software).
