I have a Canon Rebel T3 that is about 10 years old that I recently started using again. My old computer had a USB port so I could connect the cord directly from the camera to the computer, but my new Mac laptop does not have a USB port. What do I need now to transfer photos from my camera to my computer? Thanks!

All MacBook computers do have USB. Though newer models would have USB-C ports.
First thing to check though is if your MacBook as a built-in SD card reader. If not, you can pick up an SD card reader which is fairly inexpensive. This will be the best way to import photos. Be sure though to get a reader that could connect to your particular computer's USB ports.

Thank you, I didn't realize the new port was also called USB but now USB C. I will look into an SD card reader!
