connect to mac wirelessly with a canon eos rebel t2i

Hello I can't get my rebel to connect with my wireless. it is an older camera. I have watched 4 videos and reviewed the canon materials. I am about to go buy a wire. ( one benefit of this process is that I have now organized all the household wires to prove that we don'tone the right wire for this). I need a usb C to a hdmi or an a/v out digital.

Any thoughts

The EOS Rebel T2i does not have wifi functionality so the only options are to connect using a wire, or take the memory card out of the camera and put it in a card reader.

The camera has a mini HDMI connection to play images and video back on a TV. It also has a combined PAL/NTSC composite video and USB 2 connection. The manual mentions Canon IFC-200U and IFC-500U cables.
