How can i tell the remaing capacity on my SD or CF card, while shooting video with 5D III.

Hello Sasanus.
When shooting video with the EOS 5D Mark III, a five level indicator will appear on the right side of the screen. It indicates how much data has not yet been written to this card (remaining capacity of the internal buffer memory). The slower the card the faster the indicator will climb upward. If the indicator becomes full, movie shooting will stop automatically.

I have a Mark 4 - and do not see any indicaor for remaining memory on the card - how do I tell what memory is left on the card?
