check the shutter number count - canon 2000d T7

i would like to know how i can check the shutter count number on that camera ?

i have tried with "CanonEosDigitalInfo_v1.4_SDK_v2.14" and don't work, with FreeShutterCount and don't work and even with gPhoto2 on ubuntu but don't work.

i have tried to use that website: https://www.camerashuttercount.com/ but still don't work because say that in the exif is not indicated !

how i can do that ?

I've had success with this site.It looks dodgy but worked well.In theory it should be safe when paying through paypal.
