canon R7 my info button stopped working

I have a canon p7, my info button stopped working and doesn't change the display, but it works when I want to see information about an already taken photo and it also works when I need to zoom in. I reset to factory settings and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

It’s possible to disable certain buttons and control dials when the camera is in shooting modes. The fact that it works in playback mode means the button works.

I suggest fully resetting the camera back to factory defaults.
