I have a EOS R100 camera. It's less than a month old. I've connected WiFi multiple times to multiple devices and never had a problem. Today, when I tried connecting WiFi back to a device that's already been connected, it would not work and my device could not find the WiFi. It gets stuck on the screen saying search for access points. Inside the white box, it says searching. I tried connecting my iPad Pro 14-inch with software 18.2 iOS. It would not work. Same software for an iPhone 15 Pro and also an iPhone 14 Pro I have also tried a Microsoft computer All of them would not work. I tried updating the camera, changing SD cards three times, taking out batteries, putting them back in, and connecting the Bluetooth, then connecting into Wi-Fi, which then my device just says, unable to find Wi-Fi. I reset the camera's Wi-Fi settings, and all settings, and deleting that app and reinstalling and went as far as restarting my phones and iPad but no matter what I do, it won't work. Please help or give me some advice

Hi, thanks for all your help after getting home to test and Try your suggestions my camera has now begun to give me overheating warnings and won’t let me turn it on anymore, which leads me to believe that the firmware and settings is fine and the hardware may be defective. I’ll be contacting canon further for repairs again thanks for your help.

Greetings,
Since you have already reset the camera's network settings, its broadcasting a new SSID which does not match the wireless profile saved in the Canon Connect App. Open the app on your mobile device and click the hamburger menu. Tap Managed Registered Camera's. Remove the existing camera profile. Trashcan Icon.
Move back to the camera. I personally only enable Bluetooth if I'm going to enable GPS for location. Otherwise I just enable Wi-Fi. (up to you). Move to the Connection menu and select the phone icon (mobile device). You can use with phone or iPAD. The camera will begin broadcasting.
Return to your mobile device. Open settings > Wi-Fi. Look for the camera's SSID broadcast. Select it and enter the password. Once connected, (you'll likely see a bubble notification) prompting you to open the Canon Connect App, or just open it and follow the prompts.
If you run into any issues, please check the encryption settings in the Canon Connect App (same hamburger menu). Security Setting change WPA3 to WPA2 in the Canon connect app. I believe the R100 only supports WPA2 standard according to its manual.
Let us know how it goes. 😀

So, I tried your steps, re-registering the camera on the app, and the app does not recognize any WIFIs, and neither does my phone. The camera only gets stuck on the screen where it says Search for access point, then searching. And inside the app settings, it does not let me change what Wi-Fi security it goes for. Now when I try to transfer Bluetooth to Wi-Fi, it does give me a SSID I can manually put in with a password but when I do that, my phone does not recognize that’s SSID says it does not exist. If you have any more ideas or know what I’m doing wrong, please let me know if you have anything else you’d like me to try. I’ll try that too thanks

Hi,
The camera should not be searching for an Access Point. It is the host. My camera "searches" when I tap the Computer Icon, such as when shooting tethered. To switch back to AP mode, you tap the Change Network button at the bottom of the LCD. I'll try to reproduce what you are seeing.
