Hi!

To ensure the most accurate information is provided, we will need to know the model of the lens and camera you are using.

Thanks and have a great day!

Canon eos rebel xs. Lens is efs18-55

The LENS says it is busy?

Canon 5d mk 4, Canon 6D, EF 70-200mm L f/2.8 IS mk2; EF 16-35 f/2.8 L mk. III; Sigma 35mm f/1.4 "Art" EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro; EF 85mm f/1.8; EF 1.4x extender mk. 3; EF 24-105 f/4 L; EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS; 3x Phottix Mitros+ speedlites

Why do so many people say "FER-tographer"? Do they take "fertographs"?

When you look into the viewfinder. At the bottom left side it says busy

Tat is not the lens, that is the camera. Usually you only see that when you have fired off a long burst of continuous shots and the camera has to pause because it is "busy" trying to write all those images to the card. It seems like the processor is having trouble writing the image to the card.

You might have a bad memory card, but first go to the camera's menu and find where you can "FORMAT CARD" and try reformatting the card. If that does not work try another memory card.
