What is the fastest memory specification for a 5d mrk3?

Everything I've read says UDMA 7 which is roughly 800X speed cards. Based on the fact I shoot action & use the spray & prey button regularly (not with a 5D3) it's good to have the right cards for the job, but faster cards won't speed things up. The camera's max transfer speed won't increase past the design speed even if the card can accept a faster transfer. .

Also depends on which slot you are using, and if you use both slots.
While the CF card is UDMA 7 capable, the SD slot doesn't appear to be UHS-1 capable. The problem is that if you shoot to both cards then the speed of card writing seems to be goverened by the slowest card. For the best write performance Sandisk Extreme Pro cards are my favourites in my 5D3.
