Use EOS Webcam Utility with EOS M3

Hi!

I was super amazed when I heard about the EOS Webcam Utility and that it supports most M series cameras. But now I'm a little disappointed that my camera isn't listed there. Is there a way to use teh EOS Webcam Utility with the EOS M3 somehow?

Have you tried? We have heard of some cameras working even if not on the list.

My M3 does not work wit the WebCam Utility.  It also does not support Remote Shooting using the EOS Utility, which I think is a pretty good telltale as to whether or not a given camera model might work with the Webcam Utility.

If a camera cannot be remotely controlled to capture stills using USB, then there is little to no chance that it can be remotely controlled by the Webcam Utlity.
