Unable to activate CarePAK registration for new EOS 90D

I bought a 90D / Lens kit and carepak service plan. I registered them on my Canon account. I got the email to register the carepak. Clicked on the link. Entered the activation code. Got to the select product and it only shows my laser printer as a registered product. If I go to my canon account, all of my registered products, including the new camera, are there. Any suggestions? btw this is not the easiest site to navigate.

I had a similar problem with a carepak and support recommended that I call Canon sales and have them work with me to get it listed.  1-844-502-2666 or 1-800-385-2155
