Trouble updating to firmware 2.1.2 for EOS 5D Mark II

My 5D Mark II currently shows the firmware as version 2.1.1. I'm having trouble finding the download for firmware version 2.1.2.

Canon's support page shows " Service Notice: EOS 5D Mark II: Firmware Update Version 2.1.2". On this page and below the Details header, it states The new Firmware Version 2.1.2 can be downloaded by clicking here. However, following that link takes me to a page (screenshot below) showing software downloads only for my OS.I cannot find the firmware download link. Can someone point me in the right direction please. Thank you.

UPDATE: I realize I probably did the whole process wrong. Can someone step me through this please. Many thanks! 😊
