Too much noise at low ISO (200) in shadows.

Recently I have noticed that my videos has a lot of noise in the shadows even at low ISO like 160 & 200, I have a 80D and I'm using the neutral picture profile with contrast and sharpness all the way down.
I'm using 25 FPS with 1/50 shutter and F1.8

Sounds like you are shooting in low light.  You need more light.  Noise is always easier to see in dark areas, compared to bright areas.

Kinda yeah well the main subject is nicely lit and the background has a dark grey wall and in the background is where I'm seeing the noise.
