The video is showing is Zero KB while connecting to PC (In Canon R5 with 64 GB Memory card)

Hi , 

I am using Canon R5, the video was shows and play in the camera but, connecting to the PC the video size is Zero KB ,What should I do for get that  video.  I think this an serious issue. Give me a solution for recover the video.

Many people seem to have experienced this issue over the years.

The solutions I've read about seem to center on either of two options;

1) Use a card reader instead of your USB cable; or,

2) Use the EOS Utlity software for your download. (The latest version) For some reason, it can read your file when other software programs can't.
