T7i Headphone Connection

Hi Reader,

I own an EOS Rebel T7i and I'm unable to figure out how to plug in headphones so I can listen while setting up, recording, or playing back a video. 

If anybody has experience with this and can tell me what cords / adpapters I need to get, I'd appreciate it.

Rebels do not have headphone jacks.

Not only that, but the HDMI has the sound turned off while recording to prevent feedback.
