T5i Stuck mirror error 20

My new Refurbished Canon Rebel T5i says it has error code 20. and a stuck mirror, what should I do?

It's got a one year warranty. Send it back.

Yes I know that it has warranty but is this going to be a repair or replacement?

That's for Canon to decide. Does it matter?

Not sure if it matters ether, just if it works fine Im alright.

Right. Contact Canon tomorrow and start the process.

I already started the process but it seems Canon customer service is buisy because of the holidays, hoping for it to get fixed soon.
