On a particularly hot day some sweat dripped inthrough the back of my camera dispay (I assume atleast). The photos are now showing up like this and even worse when the RAW file is opened. Any suggestions. Currently the camera is drying out with card and battery removed. Any fix?

Is it just the LCD, or does it show up on images downloaded to the computer?
If it is just the LCD, there is hope. Otherwise, it is the sensor, and its time for a new camera.

If it is showing on the photos then it isn't an LCD fault, more likely to be a faulty memory card or sensor.

Wow man, you must really sweat ! You have only two choices, one is time. Wait for it to dry thoroughly. That can take more than a week(s) . But if it was sweat, the salts in it may never be gone. Second, buy a new SD card. At any rate ditch the one you have even if you get a new camera.
If it is the sensor, which I doubt if it was just sweat dripping on it, a T5 may be at the break even point about repairing it. It may be close if it is just the LCD screen.
