Recently acquired a Rebel T8i and in trying out the different features, noticed that the usb port is not connecting on PC nor Mac. Nothing happens or pops up when connecting via usb cable. Tried multiple cables with the same results. WiFi and Bluetooth work fine. Am I missing something? Help a newbie out.
Yes, I'm doing that as well but was trying out all the different features as I get to know this camera and found the usb not working. Thanks everyone for your input to resolve this issue.
