I just purchased the T7 and I cannot get it to take photos in live view mode. If I exit, live view mode, I dont have an issue. I have gone through numerous threads on fixes for this issue. I've switched from AF/MF and removed the lens. Ive switched from af method to live mode, quick mode, and flexizone without resolution. Ive even reset all the settings on the camera in case I changed something accidentally. I still cannot get it to work.
When trying to take the photos, everything looks like it is in focus but when I hit the button, it says busy. Im very new when it comes to cameras so this may be an easy fix but its incredibly frustrating. This is my last resort before returning the camera.
Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried calling Canon Support?
Do you see any flashing icons on the screen when it says "buSY"? You should! You might have a bad SD card. Call Canon.
