Rebel T3i - No longer displaying the red dot

When I look through the view finder the red dot no longer lights up when in focus or when I change focus points.  It does change on the screen when I look at the back of the camera.  I've swapped lens and no luch.   Any ideas?

Reset to camera (clear all settings). Romove the battery for a while, overnight, is good.

Is AF working ? Or did it beep when it is in focus ?

Clear all camera settings in the menu and if it doesn't work, call Canon.
