R6 with multiple issues

Has anyone else with the R6 had multiple issues? I have two and I have had to send in one of them 2 times for repairs due to an Error 20 and now it is happening again less than a month after getting it back. Wondering if I am just unlucky or if this a common problem people are having.

Wow... 🙄 I am sorry to learn you have had these issues.  Speaking only from my own experience, I have had two R6 units for almost two years and they have behaved flawlessly for me.
