I've got a question to R6 users, if they came across an issue with EFCS. When I am taking a picture of the same subject under same lightning conditions, I get different results with mechanical and EFCS shutter when I shoot at higher shutter speeds. I am not talking about bokeh quality. It's the matter of totally different exposure. EFCS shots are overexposed compared to what I get from mechanical shutter by large margin. Mechanical shutter shots look exactly as shown in exp. simulation while taking shots. I've tested it, and it looks like EFCS uses constantly shutter speed of 1/80th or 1/60th of a second no matter what shutter speed was actually set.
Mechanical shutter, f/1.8, 1/1600, ISO5000
Electronic 1st Curtain Shutter, f/1.8, 1/1600, ISO5000
Both shots were taken using RF35mm Canon lens, but the same effect goes for any other RF lenses I own.
Have you guys got any idea if it is the matter of camera settings or a malfunction?
