R1 can’t load .csd file

I’ve just received two new R1s. Set one up as I want, and want to copy the settings to the 2nd body. I can save the .csd file from camera 1, but camera 2 can’t load the file. I can see it in the menu, but I get an error message when I attempt to load the settings.

Anyone found a solution to this?

Thanks,

Sam

Are the firmware versions the same? Is the camaera that won't accept the .CSD set to a Custom Mode?

What is the error message?

How many cards are in the camera?  Use only one card for firmware updates.

Hi all,

Problem solved. The two cameras were in different firmware versions (1.0.0 and 1.0.1). Updated the firmware in the the out of date one and it then accepted the .car file from the already up-to-date camera.

Good. Please mark as solved.
