Question about settings on Canon Mark lV to set up Goddox AD400 strobe lights and transmitter

I have 2- AD400 Goddox strobe lights and an XPro transmitter that came with the strobes.  I have a Canon Mark lV and can not get the camera to work with the strobes or the transmitter.  I have contacted Goddox about the strobes, but the camera settings on my Mark lV seem to be off for some reason and I don't know what I changed in the settings to cause the camera to not work with the strobes.  Can someone help me set up the right function setting so the strobes fire?  Do I need to do a firmware update? Thank you:)

What is the complete and full model number of your camera, please?

I recommend that you reset the camera back to its factory defaults.  Mount the transmitter on the shoe and turn it on before you turn on the camera.
