Need to know the canon 1dx miii ccd sensor replacement cost

Hello
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with a sensor issue I am experiencing with my Canon 1dx miii camera. I encountered a problem with the sensor during my last use.

I have noticed the appearance of vertical green lines across the images, which, after some research, I believe is related to a fault in the sensor. As this issue is affecting the quality of the images and my ability to use the camera, I would like to replace the ccd sensor.

Can anyone please tell me what will be the cost to replace the sensor?

Thanks

Shuvo

Open a repair request as the other stated.  You will get an estimate when this is complete.  Canon will need to inspect the camera and get approval before any repairs are performed.

Are you sure its not the memory card causing the problem. A faulty memory card can appear to be a bad image sensor. Also cameras haven't used a CCD sensor for years I mean back to the original EOS-1D camera.

Thanks for your response. I checked  and It's not the card issue. Sorry it's will be CMOS sensor.

The sensors pixel is damaged and need to replace.

Thanks again.

How did you check in Live view?

Go to Canon's website and set up a service ticket.

Laser damage?

It's most probably laser damage...... 😞
