Need a lens adapter for my Rebel T3i to use Yashica 28mm & 50mm lenses. Any suggestions?

Get a Canon 24mm pancake and a 50mm STM. Better quality and full auto focus and exposure.

IF such a thing exists you DON'T want it. It would be like putting Corvette emblems on a dump truck & expecting it to drive like a Corvette.
