When I launch EOS Utility Launcher on my PC while my camera is searching to be paired nothing shows up in the EOS Pairing Software window. I made sure that they are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Check the user manual on setting up the Wi-Fi. I believe the camera gives you the option to select what type of device you would like to wirelessly connect to, which may only be a smart device for most models.
