The massege says: no card in camera even though the computer can see the cards and the images. To make it more interesting, when you put a 4GB SD card, the camra detect it. Any iseas how to solve this?

Possibly the larger cards are formatted for a file system that the camera can't handle. Use the computer to format them to a file system no more exotic than FAT32, and then try them again. If that makes the camera see them, format them again in the camera to get the folder structure set correctly. (If you omit that step, the camera may see the catd but not know where to put the image files.)
I can't say from personal experience that the 5D3 can handle a 64GB SD card, although I'd be extremely surprised if it couldn't. I do know that a 32GB card will work; I've used them in my 5D3.
