I'm not sure if I'm posting this question in the right section, I'm shooting YouTube content with my EOS M50 (kit lens 15-45mm), I'm seated about 6ft in front of the camera, and I'm having a problem where even though I'm staring right into the lens, most of my footage looks like I'm looking off-camera to the side. Any suggestions? Thank you!

When you are sitting approx. 6 feet from the camera, are you looking into the lens? Or, are you looking at the reversed flip screen to check the recording?

I'm staring right into the lens, the flip screen is in the back, out of view.

Are you off-axis to the camera?

I agree with KV that it sounds like a form of parallax error.
