M50 Mii won't take photo

Year old EOS M50 Mark II was working perfectly, turned it off for a few, and when I turned it back on, it will focus, all screens are normal, but the shutter won't take an image. It will record video like normal, I can go through settings and image gallery like normal, but cannot take new pictures. I have cleaned all lens connections, tried various lenses, both with and without an adapter, nothing. I've swapped out and tried 3 fully charged batteries, as well as swapped between 3 different SD cards. I've factory reset the body twice, ensured my lenses are all set to AF, and have taken compressed air to the battery / SD card area. I'm getting no error messages whatsoever. It seems to function completely normal other than it suddenly won't take a picture. When I depress the shutter button, my lens focuses as it should, but when I push all the way down, it just blacks out the screen for a second. Is my shutter just dead???

Check your battery charge.

What lens are you using?  Does it require a Canon mount adapter?

What are you trying to photograph?  How close is it to the camera?

All batteries fully charged, tried both with and without a lens adapter (have both mirrorless and EF glass), and I was at a livestock show. I've tried it multiple scenarios at different focal lengths, nothing. Factory reset EVERYTHING.

What lenses are you using?

What shooting mode are you using?

Does it take photos in the Intelligent Auto mode, Green A+ mode?
