I recently dropped my camera, now I get err 70 when I take a picture...

I recently dropped my EOS rebel T5 about a foot or so off a bed. Now every time I try to take a picture it gives me an error 70 message. If anyone has any solutions to this issue that would be very helpful, otherwise I'll be ending up at the repair store :(. Thanks!

Try another lens. I got the same error #. After reading dozens of opinions, and trying "fixes" it was a defective lens, in my case.

Yes, you will. 

You can try all the common easy stuff but I fear you will need service on either the lens or the camera.
