How would D70 be better than D20 for landscapes? How about D70 vs. T5i?

I take mostly landscapes and building compositions with a 6 year old D20. I'm wondering if a D70 would be much improvement in picture quality? I don't alter the files after taking them, and I do 11X14 enlargements. Also, would a Rebel T5i be just as good for my pictures as a D70?

There is no D70 in the Canon stable. Do you mean the Nikon D70 or the Canon 70D?
As for the 20D, almost any current camera is going to best it. The T5i certainly will. 11x14 should be no problem for it.
