How to turn on Electronic Level on EOS Rebel t7

Hello, I am a beginner to cameras/photography. I can't seem to figure out how to turn on the Electronic Level display on my EOS Rebel t7 in order to level out while shooting. Does this camera not have an electronic level?? Any help appreciated, thank you!🙏

Yes and no.

The R7 has a cool feature - AFAIK totally unique - that rotates the entire sensor to level the image.

When that is active, the electronic level is not shown. If you want to disable the auto-level and show the electronic level disable it here:

On the T7, I believe you can turn the camera on and press the <Info> button.

I just searched the manual, dated 5/14/24, and did a quick net search and it appears that the Rebel T7 does not have an electronic level. However, it is a feature on the T7i (which I have), but it's more advanced than its little brother.

Thank you so much to everyone who replied! I had researched the user manual also and couldn’t find anything, so I kind of figured it didn’t have the feature at all but I still wanted to ask just to make sure since I’m a noob. 😄

I have a plain ol' T7 and never ran across an Electronic Level anywhere.

As has been said.  No electronic level.  Many tripods have an old school bubble level. 🤷‍♂️

I got a fancy little level that goes into the hot shoe socket.
