I am not certain that I understood the question. But, if the goal is to list the settings from a CR2 file that was written by the camera, then exiftool might do what you need. https://exiftool.org/

If the goal is to understand the camera menus, then the manual might help: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-90d

Example of Autofocus settings saved by my EOS 80D to a CR2 file and listed by exiftool:

MakerNotes:Camera AIServoTrackingSensitivity Standard
MakerNotes:Camera AccelerationTracking 1
MakerNotes:Camera AIServoTrackingMethod Continuous AF track priority
MakerNotes:Camera AIServoFirstImagePriority Equal priority
MakerNotes:Camera AIServoSecondImagePriority Unknown (2)
MakerNotes:Camera AFAssistBeam Emits
MakerNotes:Camera LensDriveNoAF Focus search on
MakerNotes:Camera SelectAFAreaSelectMode Disable; Flags 0x47
MakerNotes:Camera AFAreaSelectMethod AF area selection button
MakerNotes:Camera OrientationLinkedAFPoint Same for vertical and horizontal
MakerNotes:Camera InitialAFPointAIServoAF Manual AF point
MakerNotes:Camera AutoAFPointColorTracking On-Shot AF only
MakerNotes:Camera ManualAFPointSelectPattern Stops at AF area edges
MakerNotes:Camera AFPointDisplayDuringFocus Selected (constant)
MakerNotes:Camera VFDisplayIllumination Auto; Non-illuminated
MakerNotes:Camera AFMicroadjustment Disable; 0; 0; 0; 0; 0; 1; 114; 189; 185; 11; 0; 0; 0; 0; 0

I think I explained myself wrongly. I noticed that the camera does not work when the battery door is open. Is there any way to make it work even if the door is open? I have to use a dummy battery.Immagine 2024-08-14 175724.jpg
